Shipping Policy

Order Cancellations for regular priced items: Orders can only be cancelled within a 24-hour window after ordering. After this window, we are unable to cancel the order.

Sale items are ALL SALES FINAL.

Processing usually takes 3–5 business days. Shipping typically takes  8-14 business days. Please note that delays can occasionally happen, which may alter these estimated timeframes. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that, while most orders arrive within this average, the total delivery window may extend up to 30-35 business days in some cases due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, or destination-specific logistics.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not cover lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping provider/3PL directly to file a claim.
